Our number one goal is to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable. Many of our items are vintage, so we try to provide an image and a description as best we can to assist you in having a clear picture of each item.
All sales of vintage and handcrafted items are final and non-refundable. Please contact us if you have any questions before your purchase and we will do our very best to give you as much information as we can about any item. We would love to hear from you, so please feel free to contact us with any questions. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Payment:
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. It is not necessary for you to have an account with PayPal to pay with a credit card. PayPal is a safe and secure on-line payment method.
If you wish to purchase with money order or cashiers check, your purchase will be shipped within 3 to 7 days after the money order or cashiers check has cleared the bank. If cashiers check or money order is not received within 7 days of order, the item will be returned to inventory.
Shipping:
All items are shipped via USPS or UPS priority mail or first class and are shipped 3 to 7 days after payment is received. We will refund any overage quoted in shipping charges. Each fragile item is packaged with great care and insurance may be added to your shipping cost at your request. If you are an international purchaser, please e-mail us first so that we can give you a shipping cost quote prior to your decision to purchase.
Local Pickups:
If you live in California’s Northern Central Valley, local pickups are always welcome. Please e-mail me and I will give you directions.
