This is a gorgeous hand painted box. The lid has a tiled look and an image of a beautiful basket filled with realistically painted fruit.   The lid is also aged and slightly crackled, giving it the look of an expensive antique. The box is rendered in a faux wood look with a beautiful rich patina.  The box is 17" x 9" and 4" high including the little wooden ball feet.  This is a work of art to be treasured a lifetime.
